About MeHi, my name is Iris Lua.
I began my professional journey in the banking industry in 2006, working as a Loan Credit Officer and later as a Loan Mortgage Specialist at UOB. My experience grew further as a Premier Banking Relationship Manager at RHB until 2018, gaining 12 years of solid financial expertise.
In 2018, I transitioned to the property sector as a Property Auction Specialist. By 2019, I obtained my Licensed Auctioneer certification. Over the past six years, I’ve helped countless clients and investors successfully bid, sell, and manage residential, commercial, and land properties.
Today, my agency proudly serves as a panel auctioneer for all major banks in Malaysia. This positions us to handle both private and bank-driven auction sales.
